You’ll play a crucial role in growing our nationwide legal partner ecosystem by explaining our platform’s benefits, addressing concerns, and helping potential partners complete their registration and onboarding process.

📞 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to lawyers and legal firms to introduce India LawShield and its partnership model.
• Explain benefits, features, and revenue-sharing opportunities clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule onboarding sessions or demos with interested partners.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for outreach and conversion.
• Work with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Collect market insights and feedback from lawyers to improve the partner experience.

🧩 Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Communication (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or business development (B2B preferred).
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
